SQ5 and scrubbin bug

When the 2nd person walks across the Starfleet insignia, roger's scrubomatic stops working and things don't get cleaner? Can someone help? Anyone had this problem?

I don't seem to recall having to dodge people while scrubbing the insignia myself. That is, unless I'd forgotten to place the cones down first.
Did you try placing the orange cones first?
You aren't referring to Quirk or Beatrice as the people are you? I don't see how you could be, since they don't show up until after you have finished cleaning the insignia.
Nonetheless, could you provide a little more information, if its not because of the cones?
