Hey folks,
I notice this game isn't on this site?
It's a 1993 pinball game from Dynamix that predates 3D Ultra Pinball (also not on this site), and had floppy and CD versions.
It featured levels from current Sierra/Dynamix games- Willy Beamish, Nova 9, KQ5, SQ4, LSL1VGA/5 and more.
In fact, I think there's at least 4 releases of the game, and I'm lucky enough to own 3 completely different boxes. I'm happy to post pictures if anyone's interested!

Spike -- Yeah, I remember Take-A-Break Pinball! I saw a copy on eBay a looong time ago, like more than a year, and if I recall it sold for like $5.
I never had any interest to buy any of the Take-A-Break games (there was Crosswords and something else, too) since I wasn't much of a Windows user. So I wasn't doing much of anything in Windows that I would need to Take-A-Break from :-p
There's a section for the games in the "Big Savings Inside" catalog (1992) on Page 9. Here's a link from Sierra-Collector:
